Are you passionate about working with data, uncovering insights, and making an impact on business decisions? EMR is looking for a driven and self-motivated Business Analyst to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multi-tasking, and have a strong command of SQL, we want to hear from you. 

Your insights will support financial, commercial, and operational teams to help achieve business goals and optimize performance. 

This role will be worked 100% onsite at our Camden, NJ location. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. 

  • Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data, ensuring accuracy and relevance. 

  • Use REST APIs to integrate data from business systems and external sources. 

  • Create clear and impactful data visualizations, primarily in Excel, for business stakeholders. 

  • Develop and track KPIs to help improve business performance. 

  • Prepare financial models, forecasts, and reports to guide strategic decisions. 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and optimize processes. 

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to answer critical business questions. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. 

  • Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation. 

  • Experience using REST APIs for data extraction and integration. 

  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization. 

  • Basic experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus. 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to diverse teams. 

  • A passion for analytics and problem-solving. 

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
