Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid – 3 days Onsite)
Pay Range: Based on experience

What’s the Job?

• Maintain and manage the internal work queue, ensuring timely resolution of items.
• Investigate new work requests, gathering business requirements and facilitating discussions with stakeholders.
• Create and refine Jira stories, ensuring proper backlog management and documentation.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure business and technology alignment.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure project goals are met.

What’s Needed?

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data requirements.
• Extensive experience working in an Agile environment, including creating and refining user stories in Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to analyze and document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to identify and address business and technical challenges.
