A precision manufacturing company is adding a Business Intelligence Analyst to support company wide reporting and analysis across manufacturing, operations, finance, supply chain, and leadership. This is a hands on role focused on SQL based analysis, Power BI reporting, and data accuracy.

Business Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational and executive reporting
• Write and maintain SQL queries against relational databases
• Develop and standardize KPIs used across departments
• Analyze trends, performance gaps, and operational drivers
• Work directly with engineering, operations, quality, and finance teams
• Support ad hoc analysis tied to business questions
• Ensure reporting accuracy and consistent data definitions

Business Intelligence Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data analytics, information systems, or related technical field
• Three to five or more years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
• Strong Power BI experience including data modeling and dashboard development
• Strong SQL skills with a solid understanding of database structure
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non technical stakeholders
• Stable work history with demonstrated ownership
