Position Responsibilities

• Manage data requests, analyze results and present findings to leadership.

• Maintain and test various department system software to ensure correct setup.

• Manage daily technology processes for the department.

• Provide technical support to department team members and resolve issues quickly.

• Maintain a working knowledge of all technology used in the department.

• Develop identified process improvements, automation and efficiencies.

• Prepare and publish weekly, monthly and quarterly department reports.

• Collaborate with various business functions to ensure project requirements are met.

• Support the team as a backup for specialized functions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. Finance or Business major preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in SQL.

• Working knowledge of Power BI preferred.

• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environment preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
