Business Systems Analyst
Support the program management office of a large, complex program. Perform work in a management environment, as directed. Execute independent decisions within established guidelines, perform routine to moderately complex programmatic analysis, perform work of a confidential nature, and apply basic knowledge of the practices and procedures of business operations. Assemble, analyze, and provide technical editing and prepare and review reports, manuals, presentations, and agendas for program-wide communications. Research technical material to keep information current for fielding questions on contract requirements and maintain standard operating procedures and policy memos. File, collect, and organize data and assist with projects to populate SharePoint portals. Coordinate scheduling and tracking in an online master schedule for multiple geographically separated stakeholders and operate with a large team in a collaborative environment.
-5 years of experience with business administration or as a business analyst
-Experience with change management
-Experience with risk management
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for document management
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
