• Job Title: CNC Lathe Programmer

  Job Summary:
  We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for developing precise computer programs to operate CNC lathe machines, ensuring high-quality production of metal components that meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints, generating G-code, and optimizing machine setup and performance.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate CNC programs for lathe machines using engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Translate design specifications into G-code to control the cutting and shaping of metal parts.

• Select and set up appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for each job.

• Perform initial test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.

• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality control to resolve any issues related to programming or production.

• Continuously optimize programs and processes for efficiency, accuracy, and tool life.

• Maintain organized records of programs, tooling setups, and production notes.

What do you bring?

• 2-3+ years of CNC experience preferably Lathe
