Job Details

Create and develop CNC programs in Mastercam for a variety of machining processes such as milling and turning on multi-axis CNC equipment.
Review engineering drawings and 3D models to determine machining requirements and establish efficient tool paths.
Choose suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters based on part geometry and material specifications.
Run simulations and verify CNC programs to identify and resolve potential errors, collisions, or inefficiencies prior to production.
Work closely with machinists, engineers, and production teams to troubleshoot issues, refine machining processes, and improve overall part quality and efficiency.
Assist with machine setup and operate equipment as needed to test and validate CNC programs.
Maintain documentation for program revisions, setup sheets, and machining procedures.
