Roles and Responsibilities:
As a CNC Programmer, you will play a vital role in our production team. Your key responsibilities will include:

– Developing and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations.
– Collaborating with engineers and machinists to ensure that designs are accurately translated into high-quality products.
– Conducting quality inspections and troubleshooting to maintain the highest standards of precision.
– Assisting in the setup and calibration of CNC machines to enhance productivity and efficiency.
– Continuously seeking improvements in processes and workflows to support our commitment to excellence.

Experience Level:
– Preferred experience level is 3 to 5 years in CNC programming and machining.

Desired Skills:
We are looking for individuals who possess:

– Proficiency in G-code and M-code programming languages, with a strong understanding of CNC machine operations.
– Experience with CAD/CAM software to effectively design and modify CNC programs.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
– Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
– Effective communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
