Coordinator Risk Management II – Quality Assurance

The Coordinator, Claims and Risk, Policy and Contract Management (Coordinator) position requires the Coordinator to work independently in the coordination and completion of discovery requests, quality review of medical records, and maintenance of claim files. The Coordinator must interact and work collaboratively with Associates, directors, regulators, and attorneys. This position requires also supports risk, policy and contract management functions. 

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Westover Hills (CSRH-WH) is a 150-bed hospital serving the fastest growing area of San Antonio. Specialized care includes orthopedic and surgical services, ICU, women’s services, a newborn nursery, comprehensive cardiovascular care from diagnostics to open heart surgery, vascular lab, sleep center, emergency services, the CHRISTUS Weight Loss Institute, wound care, rehabilitation, and more. The campus also boasts an Outpatient Imaging Center and three medical plazas, one of which houses our CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Program and CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Family Health Center.


  • High school diploma/GED with 5 years in healthcare experience or
  • Associates degree or higher in health related field with 2 years exeperience
  • Ability to review and respond on a timely basis with information critical to claims management, discovery, and release of health information.
  • Ability to manage documents and files
  • Ability to work in multiple software programs
  • Ability to collaborate with others independently of director.
  • Attention to detail
  • Notary Public
