Operations Reporting Analyst

* Provide clear, thorough, and consistent analysis regarding
multiple aspects and levels of Contact Center performance
* Communicate results of analysis to Contact Center leadership as
* Work with business partners to gather specifications for data and
report requirements
* Systematically identify and define problems, evaluate
alternatives, and implement effective solutions for process
improvement for all CCC teams
* Create, maintain, optimize and support various reports and
resources ranging from basic Excel PivotTables to team-developed
intranet websites, all integrated with our SQL Database
* Possession of strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
* Independent and efficient work ethic
* Accuracy and follow-through in projects
* Innovation and adaptability, with interest in finding better ways
to do things
* Effective communication, in both written and verbal formats
* Strong knowledge of the following programs required:
* Microsoft Visual Studio
* SQL Server Management Studio
* Web-coding (HTML and/or *******)
* Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business,
or related major preferred
* Experience preferred in the following areas:
* A reporting analyst role working with query and reporting
tools and business analysis
* Website development, maintenance, and troubleshooting
* List all applicable classes, training, or certifications related
to the qualifications listed above with your application
* 1st shift
* Full time
* One weekend day may be required
