ManTech seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA.
 

Join a high-impact team supporting the GEOINT Office of Mission Management (DOM), the driving force behind the integration of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) across the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG), and Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG). In this dynamic role, you’ll provide direct support to the Senior Advisor to Mission Management (SAMM) and multiple GEOINT Mission Managers (GMMs), contributing to the success of national and international GEOINT efforts.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of leadership.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and enhance organizational tools, programs, and databases to support evolving mission needs.
  • Collaborate across NGA and NSG directorates to collect, validate, and integrate key data and performance metrics.
  • Analyze complex datasets, integrating and aligning diverse data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop insightful data visualizations and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Apply mathematical modeling, machine learning, and statistical techniques to uncover trends and actionable insights.
  • Adhere to and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal tools and processes.
  • Conduct statistical analyses on postproduction review data for NGA and ODNI stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular meetings and remain informed on production support initiatives and data-related developments.
     

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years in a related field with expert-level proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, data mining, database maintenance, and COTS statistical software.
  • Hands-on experience developing mathematical algorithms and writing scripts (e.g., Java, Python).
  • Strong data management, analysis, and visualization skills using platforms such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Redmine.
  • Familiarity with NGA analytic processes and data ecosystems.
     

Desired Skills

  • Advanced background in analytics, data transformation, and algorithm development.
  • Experience in GEOINT analysis and applying metrics to analytical workflows.
  • Solid understanding of NGA data creation, tagging, and production methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with process quality control, problem solving, and metadata tagging.
  • Knowledge of IC tradecraft standards including ODNI ICD 203, 206, and 501.
  • Strong critical thinking and adaptability in complex, data-rich environments.
     

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with ability to obtain & maintain a Poly
     

Physical Requirements:

  • Remain stationary ~50% of the time.
  • Perform tasks that may require positioning under desks or accessing server equipment.
  • Operate standard office equipment regularly.
  • Communicate frequently with teams, leadership, and customers, including delivering briefings and presentations.
