Data Analyst with Credit domain & Collections

We are seeking a dynamic Data Analyst with Credit domain & Collections pivotal in designing and implementing robust database solutions and managing credit systems within a hybrid work model. With a focus on Credit Management the candidate will apply their expertise in SQL and data analysis to optimize financial processes. This role demands a strategic problem solver who can enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the company’s financial integrity.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the implementation of Credit Management processes to improve credit risk assessment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive database solutions to support business operations and financial systems.
  • Support the integration of new technologies to enhance database performance.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Lead projects to improve data quality in financial reporting and contribute to establishing standards for database management.
  • Mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

  • 5+ years of experience in a software development role with a proven track record of delivering maintainable, quality solutions.
  • Experience the Spring framework, Debezium and Apache Camel.
  • Knowledge of correlated technologies such as HTTP, REST, XML, JSON, JDBC, MS SQL, SQL, OAuth, MTLS and others.
  • Experience with software development best practices such as TDD/BDD, DevOps, code reviews, design patterns, CI/CD, SRE

What will help you stand out (preferred skills)

  • Experience building software for the financial services industry – banking, insurance or investments.
  • Experience with build and deployment technologies (Jenkins, Urban Code Deploy, Maven)
  • Knowledge of other correlated technologies such as Kafka, JMS, GraphQL, Ansible, Camunda, ELK Stack (Elastic Search / Logstash / Kibana), Hadoop.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms and technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes, S3 Object Storage).
