Our client, a leader in sustainable infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to join their team. As a Data Center Project Manager, you will be part of the project delivery department supporting engineering, commissioning, service, and manufacturing teams. This person needs to sit in Dallas/Austin but will be working remote outside job site visits. 

They need someone with hands-on delivery ownership in a data center or industrial thermal environment; someone who’s been on the floor driving schedules and managing subcontractors directly.

Job Title: Data Center Project Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas (Remote outside travel)

Pay Range: $100,000 – $160,000 + profit sharing award

**Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder ONLY- No Sponsorship**
 

What’s the Job?

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery, from pre-construction planning to turnover, ensuring schedule discipline, budget adherence, safety, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions with senior management, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  • Enforce adherence to company processes, startup requirements, and commissioning readiness protocols.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to verify optimal performance, safety, and compliance with local codes and standards.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 7+ years of project leadership experience, with at least 4 years in mission-critical infrastructure or data center environments.
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC, hydronic systems, electrical distribution, and controls integration.
  • Experience with commissioning oversight, system testing, and integrated system delivery.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
