Our client, a top 4 banking institution, is looking for an experienced Data Modeler to join their team.   

Job Title: Data Modeler (Application Programmer V)
Location: Charlotte, NC 
Pay Range: $60-$65/hr 
Contract: 12-18 Months 
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 WFH – all applicants MUST be able to work on Experis' W2 directly; we are unable to work with 3rd party suppliers on this role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and expertise in software development, particularly within the realm of Financial Crimes technology.

What’s Needed?

• Specialized Experience: We are looking for someone with software development experience, focusing on Financial Crimes technology.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in a range of technologies, including Teradata 16.x, SQL/BTEQ scripting, Informatica 10.x, UNIX Shell scripting, Autosys, Cloudera CDP, and Hadoop (Hive, Impala, PySpark, Scala).
• Data Analysis Expertise: Extensive experience in data analysis, modeling, and provisioning for large-scale financial crimes data initiatives.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in database-intensive development, data migrations, and SQL performance tuning.
• Agile Methodologies: Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CICD), and key tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Ansible.
