Lead the Charge in Data Quality and Governance! (Hybrid – New Castle, DE)

Are you a data quality champion with a passion for driving data excellence? We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Data Quality/Data Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team in New Castle, DE (hybrid – 3 days onsite per week).

In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in:

  • Shaping the future of our data architecture by identifying gaps and implementing a robust governance framework.
  • Championing data quality by ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across all data flows.
  • Leading a team of data analysts in executing key data quality initiatives for global functions.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and implement data quality rules.
  • Upholding best practices by ensuring compliance with data management standards.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years of experience in data-focused initiatives, especially in Markets data.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a data analyst team.
  • Expertise in data quality concepts and methodologies.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience with stored procedures.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
