Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and confident in their abilities IT Support knowledge and experience is a must along with strong skills around Windows Operating system Basic Networking knowledge Must have the ability to walk the Executive through any new or change in technology. Strong cross group collaboration and team skills. Leadership of White Glove Support/VIP user support with handling all types of troubleshooting issues with senior leaders/Executives across the company with Windows Desktop. Experience in imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows (L2/L3). Strong troubleshooting skill for Outlook clients in Windows. Ability to handle all types of meetings/ collaboration/ video conferencing/ hosting meetings, offsite meetings (preferred with prior knowledge in Adobe Connect and Global Meet).
1) Provide End user technical support (Deskside support) for day to day IT Infrastructure issues2) Conference room / Meeting support3) Hands and Feet support as necessary4) Must be flexible in working time (mostly during business US hours)/ easy approachable/ team player. Also be flexible to visit for off hours site DC support.5) Visiting other customer sites for support.6) Willingness to learn new technology.
