Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in Desktop Support for a hybrid remote work model. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of desktop systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently contributing to the overall success of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktop systems ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Install configure and maintain desktop systems and applications.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches.
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Document and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Provide training and support to end-users on desktop systems and applications.
Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects.
Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and support.

Possess a strong understanding of desktop support and troubleshooting techniques.
Demonstrate proficiency in installing and configuring desktop systems and applications.
Have experience with remote desktop support tools and techniques.
