Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for one of our clients in Houston, TX. This person will provide Tier 2 technical support for end users with regards to company provided hardware, software, and peripherals. He/She will be setting up new devices such as computers, phones and iPad's, as well troubleshooting devices. They will also be working with Windows and Microsoft suite and will be responsible for installing, supporting, and maintaining PC applications in a Windows server environment.
Bachelors Degree
SCCM Experience
Experience with Microsoft Intune
O&G industry experience
Azure Console experience
3+ years of experience in a Tier 2 Desktop Support role
Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite trouble shooting skills
Basic knowledge of software, hardware and networking
Experience with Windows servers as well as mobile devices such as Iphones and Ipads
Hands on experience with Active Directory
Basic networking knowledge, specifically with Cisco
