A local IT support and managed IT service provider in the Delaware Valley is looking for a workstation technician to permanently join their team. This position will be fully onsite. The ideal candidate will have previous professional experience as a Workstation Technician as well as have obtained their A+ Certification. This individual will be responsible for all variations of workstation, server and infrastructure issues, including: deployment, maintenance, security and outages. As he/ she joins the team they will be receiving ongoing training on security and new technologies as they emerge.

– MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or be willing to receive the certification within 30 days of employment

– Any additional CompTIA Certifications

– Previous experience working with VoIP and Microsoft Cloud Technologies
– At least 1 year of experience as a Workstation Technician or equivalent education

– CompTIA A+ Certification

– Willing & motivated to obtain additional certifications once employed (Network+, Security+)
