Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be part of the End User Services supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Longmont, CO

Pay Range: $36 per hour

Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm M-F
 

What’s the Job?

  • Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Research, maintain, install, and troubleshoot all aspects of laptop and desktop hardware and associated software.
  • Provide excellent customer service while interfacing directly with users to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage the overall ticket queue in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution according to established SLAs.
  • Support conference room technology and ensure compliance with computer updates and security protocols.

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Desktop Support Engineer role.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac OS, including mobile platforms.
  • Experience with Active Directory and maintaining password security and data integrity.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
