Overview:

The selected candidate will not only develop and support complex ETL processes deployed in Treasury Operations but will also oversee the work other onsite and offshore support staff. The person will also independently or in support of Sr. Business Analysts work with Treasury users to specify technical solutions based on business requirements. He or she should have good experience in working on complex processing needs especially in Treasury cash management and reporting areas in a large bank.

*This position will be 3 days in the office, in Morristown, NJ and 2 days remote

Responsibilities:

1.Independently analyze and specify technical solution for a specific ETL and other processes. Document the solutions in the form of user stories or specs. Independently estimate efforts and deliver them as per plan.

2.Develop solutions using Microsoft development tools.

3.Develop test plans and detailed test scripts.

4.Take responsibility for code repos and maintain proper version controls as per Banks policies

5.Handle production incidents speedily and in an efficient manner. Should be able direct other support staff when required.

6.Analyze and come up with RCAs for production issues and be able create documents and procedures to prevent them from occurring again.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance

Preferred Education: Bachelor Degree

Preferred Area of Study: Computer Science

Skills:

• • Preferred at least 4 years of in-depth hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SQL, C#, SQL Management Studio,
  • Reporting tools such as SSRS.
  • Should be experienced in use of Azure Devops and/or JIRA for code repos maintenance.
  • Familiar with concepts of code version control and elevation
  • Knowledge of different messaging and other standards like SWIFT MTs, BAI, NACHA etc.
