eCommerce Business Analyst – Search

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze customer comments to identify website issues or recommend enhancements.

• Conduct competitor research and review web analytics to identify opportunities to improve the eCommerce search experience.

• Document enhancements of varying sizes within the eCommerce search landscape.

• Effectively coordinate projects with inter-departmental and resources.

• Define and review project-related success measures and take active ownership of follow-up analysis.

• Utilize eCommerce search foundational reporting and ad hoc analysis of large data sets to recognize and recommend opportunities for improvement. 

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 2+ years experience, preferably in eCommerce.

• Proficient in Excel. Experience in Access, SQL or GA a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
