EDI Support Technician
Our client, a leading organization in the food production industry, is seeking a dedicated EDI Support Technician to join their team. As an EDI Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Services department supporting the Corporate Office in Austin, MN. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: EDI Support Technician
Location: Austin, MN
Pay Range:
Shift: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm)
What’s the Job?
- Perform support and maintenance functions to ensure B2B applications support business requirements across legacy and Oracle Cloud environments.
- Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Develop proficiency in AS400, mainframe, Oracle Cloud navigation, and EDI standards with training.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of Trading Partner relationships and related components.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional support and service.
What’s Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow through effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new customer computer programs quickly.
