Our client, a leader in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking a dedicated Embedded Software Engineer Manager to join their innovative team. As an Embedded Software Engineer Manager, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. Pay Range: $120,000 – $135,000

What’s the Job?
- Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of embedded software and firmware solutions.
- Guide and review software development in C, C++, Embedded C, and other relevant programming languages.
- Coordinate engineering support for system testing, deployment, maintenance, and software updates.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Manage, mentor, and develop embedded software engineers, including task assignment and performance feedback.
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Typically 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in embedded software development.
- 1–3 years of supervisory or technical leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture, firmware development, and software lifecycle management.
- Extensive knowledge of departmental processes, engineering workflows, and industry best practices.
