Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Agile experience preferred, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position

Make the world's most advanced Cybersecurity and Encryption products even smarter

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As an Embedded Systems Engineer, working with custom Hardware built in-house, for our Cyber group, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing mission critical NSA-certified Cybersecurity devices in a rapidly growing product line. You'll be working at the cutting edge of Cybersecurity and high-speed data.

• Real-Time multi-threaded Embedded System architecture and development
• Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Extensive experience with DOORs
• Long development lifecycle and product lifespans, requiring maintenance and regular technology refresh
• Requirements Analysis and Management
• Functional Analysis, performance analysis, and Systems design
• Trade Studies
• System integration and testing

Nice to have:

• Hypervisor Technology
• Linux
• Networking experience including Layer 2 and Layer 3
• Experience working in a fast-paced product development environment

• Passion for designing complicated systems and working on problems of diverse scope.
• Ability to define the scope, schedule, and expectations for the work you execute.
• Shows initiative on assignments and executes projects with little guidance and can provide technical direction and leadership.
• Ability to write CONOPS, Specifications or Requirements and derive into software design, code, test plans, and then execute Systems level testing/debugging.
• Proficiency with Systems and Test tools supporting testing in a lab environment.

Target salary range: USD $102,314.00/Yr. – USD $113,000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
