The Boeing Company is seeking an Engineering Customer Support Service Technical Analyst.
Engineering Customer Support Service Technical Analyst:
Performs analysis of information to evaluate reported discrepancies.
Collaborates with engineering disciplines to influence improvements in product designs and operational criteria.
Reviews manufacturing non-conformity data for potential impact to in-service fleet. Initiates and monitors complex quality investigations and participates in development of solutions.
Conducts research on complex technical, maintenance, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by customer.
Reviews complex problems for potential safety issues.
Develops in-service correspondence on complex multi discipline systems for continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
Participates in complex accident or disabled product on-site surveys or investigations.

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Experience Engine Management Processes, Tools and Procedures.
Familiarity with Engine Theory and Construction.
Project Management, IT solutions and Innovative/Creative thinker.
Flawless priority and organizational skills.
Ability to develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity, creativity and innovation.
Bachelor’s and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
