Enterprise Systems Analyst

The primary purpose of the Advisor, Enterprise Systems Analyst is to successfully manage and enhance existing Planning Cloud solutions and to partner and collaborate with business on understanding the requirements and providing feasible, cost-effective technology solutions that align with Zebra’s technology roadmap. The role will also require partnering with our Offshore Agile team and Production Support teams to deliver solutions and resolve incidents with an Agile mindset using the established Agile Framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the creation and ensures the soundness of solutions to solve business problems in an environment that encompasses latest SaaS planning cloud modules from Oracle including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, Global Order Promising and Sales & Operations Planning.
  • Has working experience or strong familiarity with the ERP on-prem solution in the areas including Procurement, Order Management, Inventory and WIP.
  • Possesses strong understanding of the architectural framework and development design concerns around PaaS, VBCS, Autonomous Transaction Processing Databases, OIC-based integration, Web Services and Rest APIs.
  • Possesses strong understanding of Forecast-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash type End to End processes including a sufficient level of knowledge on the underlying table structures and the data flow.
  • Leads/Effectively Contributes to projects under Zebra’s scaled agile framework, collaborating with the Project Managers, Technical Product Owners and Technical Product Managers.
  • Supports project events and project tollgates by producing the deliverables per the timelines.
  • Ensures the optimization and efficiency of processes and tools to drive optimal benefits for business and IT.
  • Proposes innovative solutions, ideas, tools to leapfrog IT into newer and futuristic solution areas.
  • Listens to and engages with the business in a manner that reflects proficiency in the subject matter and earnestness to deliver.
  • Collaborates effectively with other IT functional and IT technical teams to achieve wider solution acceptance and participation.
  • Participates in Major Incident resolutions and supports a 24*7 critical system maintenance and support.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ Years of IT Experience
  • 3+ years of Project Implementation experience
  • Solid experience in Planning Cloud SaaS Modules (DP, SP, RP, GOP, BM, S&OP), preferably implementation experience
  • 5+ years of ERP on-prem experience
  • Basic PL/SQL Development skills
  • Familiarity with OIC integration, Web Service, Rest APIs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customization experience in PaaS
  • Familiarity and Exposure to automated migration tools such as Flex-Deploy
  • Certification in any of the key areas above will be a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively work with
  • Demonstrated ability to solve end user issues
  • Ability to mentor team members
  • Managing complex issues and applying root cause analysis
  • Expert knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
  • Ability to implement new systems and tools
  • Experience managing IT documentation processes

Salary: USD 99100.00 – USD 148700.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
