Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Experienced IT Support Technician – Intermediate Level – A+ Certified to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of the IT department, you will support a diverse range of technical needs, ensuring seamless operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Experienced IT Support Technician – Intermediate Level – A+ Certified

Location: Yonkers, NY

Pay: $21/hr

Shift: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday

What’s the Job?

• Perform on-site installation and configuration of workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices across regional sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure including cabling, hubs, switches, and routers.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to staff and end-users.
• Document technical procedures and support activities accurately for future reference.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma plus a college degree in computer science or equivalent work experience (2+ years).
• Valid A+ Certification.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation or access to public transit to travel between regional sites as needed.
