As an integral part of the IT support department, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s technical infrastructure. Job Title: Experienced IT Support Technician – Intermediate Level – A+ Certified

Location: Yonkers, NY

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

What’s the Job?

• Assist in the delivery and installation of workstations, laptops, printers, mobile phones, and network equipment across various sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Perform administrative tasks including documentation, support tickets, and video support to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate travel to regional sites as needed, utilizing public transportation or ride-sharing services.
• Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and support organizational goals.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma plus a college degree in computer science or equivalent work experience (2+ years).
• Valid A+ Certification and experience working in a corporate network environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork abilities.
• Ability to travel to regional sites as required; a driver’s license is helpful but not mandatory.
