Provides a variety of information technology support services including but not limited to connectivity, hardware/software support, and overall Field IT incident & service request resolution.
The role also provides support & delivery of Enterprise and Business Unit projects and initiatives.
Core Responsibilities & Expectations
- Bachelors Degree in IT or related.
- +2 years of experience as IT field, IT support or related.
- English is a Must.
- Power BI , Office 365 ( Power Automate, Microsoft flow, Power apps, Sharepoint, ) Data base: SQL Required
- Hardware installation and support; PCs, tablets, mobility devices, printers, specialized devices
- Software support
- End-point vulnerability remediation
- Enterprise and BU project demand (planned & unplanned)
- Tech Hut services
- PC Lifecycle Management incl, Asset mgmt. tasks
- Local infrastructure service support (Server, network and VOIP)
- On-site Smart Hands (support and liaison with 3rd party & internal JCI Support teams)
- Local Mobile Administration
- IT procurement
- Access management (network share)
- Local IT security compliance (comms room set-up, maintenance & access)
- Assist compliance teams with audit tasks
- Satellite office support (including travel)
- Vendor management
- Delivers Field IT Services in accordance with SLT’s using JCI Service Management toolset
