Insight Global is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst for a direct hire opportunity with a law client of ours in Richmond, VA. This individual will be required to sit in Richmond, VA and will be working onsite 3 days a week and then remote for two. Below are some of the day to day tasks this individual will be working on:

Provide primary administration and support tasks related to the Elite 3E billing system. This can include but is not limited to:

o Scheduled month-end maintenance periods

o Upgrades to 3E, Time Tracking systems, and other related software systems.

o Coordinate with database and application administrators on projects which are related to the billing system.

o Develop and make modifications to 3E billing and check templates.

o Provide 3rd level support and resolve escalated incidents for the Elite and Time Tracking systems.

Serves as the subject matter expert for any 3E upgrades and works with the accounting team in developing the project plans for deployment of new technology; participates in new technology testing, deployment and support.

Provide support for other systems that integrate with 3E including Chrome River, ARCS, FOCCP, Electronic Records Destruction, Contract Time and Compass.

Coordinates with accounting and finance management, as well as IT management, to prioritize and address issues and objectives for financial systems

Responsible for testing financial system applications during system changes, enhancements, upgrades and monthly system maintenance.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016

o Strong T-SQL scripting experience

o Familiarity with Query tools and SQL Server Reporting Services

o Extract Transform Load (ETL)

Knowledge of relational databases
Five years of experience in a corporate IT role, preferably supporting and customizing financial systems.

Solid technical foundation and strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot.
