We have an immediate need for a Senior Full Stack Developer to provide Agile DevOps support to mission critical systems. As a Full Stack Developer on this program, you will have the opportunity to build strong systems, software, and cloud environments and provide operations and maintenance for critical systems. The candidate will provide technical expertise and support in the design, development, implementation and testing of customer tools and applications, participate in and/or direct major deliverables of projects through all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding and unit testing

Primary Responsibilities:
•    Participate in software programming initiatives to support innovation and enhancement, using some or all of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Java, Python, and C#
•    Develop and integrate custom software solutions to leverage automated deployment technologies
•    Develop, prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions leveraging Infrastructure platform services
•    Coordinate closely with team members, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure User Story alignment and implementation to customer use cases
•    Analyze and effectively coordinate Infrastructure needs driven by software architecture to meet customer mission needs
•    Support the Agile software development lifecycle practices, while understanding that customers and decision makers may still “think” in Waterfall, and be comfortable bridging that gap
•    Use industry leading DevOps tools like GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes

•    Document and perform systems software development, including deployment of build artifacts using CI/DC pipelines

•    Communicate key project data to team members and build team cohesion and effectiveness
•    Leverage Atlassian tool suite like JIRA and Confluence to track activities
•    Apply and identify best practices and standard operating procedures
•    Create innovative solutions to meet the technical needs of customers

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelors with 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ of prior relevant experience.  Additional years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Awareness of industry trends in AI (Large Language Models, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, etc.)

• Proficient with common Agile practices, service-orientated environments, and development practices

• Significant use and experience with Python, JavaScript

• Significant experience in the software development lifecycle, with experience delivering within DevOps toolsets/practices

• Experience utilizing software testing performance tools

• Significant experience working in an Agile development environment and tempo

• Significant experience with development in Commercial Cloud Platforms (ex, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

• Experience with development leveraging cloud data services (ex: S3, RDS, EFS)

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Well versed with using version control systems

• Well versed with using issue/problem tracking systems

Clearance Requirement: Candidate MUST possess at a minimum an active and in scope Top Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain SCI with Polygraph (active or reactivatable). This requires US citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working AI projects (personal or professional)

• Experience working on the customer's systems

• Understanding of the customer's system development policies

• Experience with structured analysis and design methodologies

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,200.00 – $220,900.00
