We are looking for a Jr. Full Stack Developer with a passion for artificial intelligence (AI) to join a dynamic development team of a major commercial and defense supply chain company in Palm Bay, FL. In this AI-first role, you will contribute to designing and building technical solutions that drive innovation including the development and deployment of AI-powered applications, intelligent workflow automation, and LLM-integrated systems. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to gather requirements and develop scalable, modern solutions across the full software development lifecycle, with a focus on modernizing legacy systems, API integrations, and next-generation AI tooling. This is an onsite position.

What you will do:

• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze business and technical needs — including identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency gains.
• AI Application Development: Participate in the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features using the Claude / Anthropic API, Azure OpenAI, and the OpenClaw agentic AI platform.
• LLM Prompt Engineering: Assist in crafting, testing, and refining LLM prompts to power internal automation tools, intelligent agents, and enterprise workflows.
• AI Agent Development: Help design, build, and maintain AI agents and multi-step agentic workflows using OpenClaw, supporting autonomous task execution across business processes.
• Legacy System Modernization: Support efforts to upgrade legacy applications, driving the adoption of modern technologies, AI-assisted development practices, and best practices.
• Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with senior developers to create technical specifications and solutions using .NET, C#, and T-SQL, integrating AI capabilities where applicable.
• API Integration Development: Assist in the design and implementation of API integrations, including AI service APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
• Software Development: Contribute to developing, testing, and deploying new applications while ensuring quality and efficiency. Leverage GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.
• Project Coordination: Help manage project timelines and deliverables, working with project managers to keep AI and full stack initiatives on track.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current on AI industry trends, emerging LLM capabilities, and agentic frameworks; propose improvements to processes and technologies.

What You Bring to the Job:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of professional full stack development experience with demonstrated technical leadership
• 3+ years of hands-on database development and optimization experience
• Experience leading small technical teams and managing contractor relationships
• Expert-level proficiency in .NET 6/8, C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core
• Advanced T-SQL, SQL Server, database design and optimization, stored procedures, performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Storage, DevOps)
• Proficient in Blazor Server/WASM, React, or Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, SSIS, Power BI, data lake architecture concepts
• Practical experience with Azure AI services, Cognitive Services, or similar ML/AI platforms
