About CPSG Business
Credit Portfolio Strategies Group (CPSG) combines pricing and risk management expertise across both relationship lending and counterparty derivatives.
CPSG works with Finance to generate independent management information around portfolio and group returns that is then shared with coverage and product functions. In this way all invested parties have optimal lead time in considering these lending relationships ahead of their exposures being reviewed at Loan Screening Committee.
The counterparty derivative management, formerly embedded within the CB & S product areas, was also brought in to CPSG. With an increasing focus on the impact of changes to the regulatory capital framework for derivative exposures, the alignment of these desks allows for greater process and risk management efficiency at the Bank. The
Basel III impact of such derivative exposures and ability to part mitigate this change is also an important part of the aforementioned client relationship review.
The role is an opportunity for a highly motivated, independent thinking professional to take a high profile role in a global team of front-office facing technology specialists. The position advertised is within CB & S GT CPSG.
