The GIS Developer / Business Analyst will be responsible for developing new GIS functionality and support of existing products on ESRI suites. This Developer will be responsible for not only the development, but will own end-to-end support (development and business analysis) of GIS support from the business partners into the IT groups to ensure GIS applications meet business functional and performance requirements from a business analyst perspective as well. Main responsibilities will include building jobs on FME Servers utilizing Python and JavaScript to make database image changes and managing database schema changes. They will be responsible for building those applications and integrations using an ESRI-provided template and making modifications based on client needs.

The Senior GIS Business Analyst performs functions to support and develop functionality for GIS and associated Field Applications and their users. Focus areas for this role include GIS, GPS and Midstream Field applications

Works directly with business partners to gather requirements, develop, and implement new systems and enhance existing systems.

– Geocortex administration, workflow development, and site creation experience preferred but not required.
– Mid-Senior level experience delivering enterprise solutions as a GIS professional preferably with exposure to the Oil and Gas industry.

– Significant experience working with ArcGIS ESRI Software 10.5 or greater including ArcGIS Server, Portal, Monitor, and Event Server.

– o Experience with web and windows development (Python, HTML5, and JavaScript)

– Strong GIS technical skill set including Geoprocesses, Python, FME, and Web GIS
