Global Oracle HRIS Senior Solution Specialist – Absence & Time

Overview
How you’ll make an impact
– Lead the global design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
– Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
– Configure:
- Absence plans
- Eligibility profiles
- Accrual rules
- Carryover and expiration logic
- Time entry profiles
- Time calculation rules
- Processing profiles
– Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex absence and timekeeping requirements.
– Perform system testing, support UAT activities, and assist with Oracle quarterly releases.
– Deliver training and support to end users and business partners.
– Collaborate with integration teams to build and maintain related Oracle HCM integrations.
– Drive user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives for Absence and Time solutions globally.
About you
Required Qualifications
– 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience focused on Absence Management and Time & Labor.
– Multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
– Strong experience designing and configuring absence and time policies within a global organization.
– Hands-on experience with:
- Fast Formulas
- Eligibility Profiles
- HDL/HSDL
- HCM Extracts
– Experience developing reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
– Understanding of leave and timekeeping compliance requirements, including labor law considerations.
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
– Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience personalizing Oracle Redwood pages using VBCS.
– Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in Absence Management and/or Time & Labor.
– Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience.
– 7+ years of overall HCM application experience.
