Insight Global client is looking for a junior software developer who will assist the Global Application Development Team in designing and developing custom applications. They will be the Helpdesk's first point of contact, supporting various existing custom applications for internal users across multiple divisions across the company. He/She will provide input into the design of system solutions to meet business requirements. They will assist the Global IT team in providing the broader business with responsive and efficient systems that meet user requirements while quickly resolving user problems.

-Experience with Java Development

-Located in Houston
-1-2 years of experience with developing and adding enhancements to current application

-Excellent customer service experience

-Previous experience with system development, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation

-Experience training end users on the updates he or she applies to the customers applications

-Excellent written and verbal communication
