ICM ETL/DI Developer Job Description 

We are seeking a skilled ICM ETL/DI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the ICM (Incentive Compensation) platform. This role requires a strong understanding of financial systems and excellent programming skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain applications within the ICM (Incentive Compensation) framework. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. 

• Ensure system performance and scalability through effective coding practices. 

• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications. 

• Document technical specifications and user manuals. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 

• Proven development  experience in  ETL/Data Integration for ICM platform using Informatica Cloud, SAP Data Integration, Azure Data Factory and Snowflake. 

• Strong programming experience in Oracle database and SAP HANA using  Stored Procedures, Packages, SQL Queries. 

• Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Java, C#, SQL). 

• Knowledge of financial processes and systems. 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with cloud-based solutions. 

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
