What does an Application Development Analyst do for us?  They provide complex analysis, design, development, and ongoing support for the implementation of short and long term IT solutions to facilitate business process needs through new and existing applications.  Application Development Analysts are often involved in developing new and modifying or adapting existing designs and minor interfaces and/or integrations for in-house development of 3rd part software.  This position also participates in moderately complex incident/problem analysis, solution development, action planning, implementation coordination, and evaluation.  In addition, they will also determine IT requirements business process, codes, tests, debugs, and coordinates the implementation of complex software solutions.

For this role, the ideal candidate would be familiar with Workday and have a thorough understand of HIPAA guidelines and requirements.  They will sometimes have project based work delivering IT change within the business, so adaptability is key within this role.

Knowledge of:

·        Intermediate computer programming concepts, relational databases, programming languages, and system design

Required Skills in:

·        Proven oral and written communication

·        Experience with SQL

·        Experience with XSLT

·        Experience with Object Oriented programming

·        Customer-focused approach to problem resolution and process improvement

·        Requirements gathering

Preferred Skills in:

·        Knowledge of Workday

·        Experience developing in Workday, including Workday Studio

·        Knowledge of .NET core C#

·        Test Planning and execution

Ability to:

·        Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be a self-starter, and ability to learn new technologies


Application Development Analyst


·        BS in related field or equivalent information technology experience


·        2 years of directly related information technology experience

Senior Application Development Analyst


·        BS in related field or equivalent information technology experience


·        5 years of demonstrated professional information technology experience in key functional areas

Licenses & Certifications:

·        Project Management and/or programming language certification desirable

This position requires working at a desk/computer for extended periods of time.  It requires the use of office equipment, fine motor skills including typing on the computer, dialing phones, filing paper, and working in close proximity to other people.
