Job Description This position is responsible for supporting the Information Management Business Partner for Finance and Contracts across Electronic Systems (ES). This includes planning, organizing, implementing, and managing of IT resources, required to maintain effective and efficient systems, and operations for ES. The Information Management department in ES supports users in a virtual environment from New Hampshire to California and overseas. This role also includes accountability for technical processes, decision support information, and initiatives to ensure normal service operations are maintained or restored as quickly as possible while maintaining minimum disruption to the business. This includes maintaining Business Plans for finance and contracting system applications. The Systems analyst is expected to have practical knowledge of all of business systems and services, operational procedures and work functions, specific support for Oracle, Hyperion, Cobra and other related finance applications are desired. Direct interaction and communication is required with customers at all levels, including Directors, CFOs, and other Management Associates. This position is expected to provide the leadership needed to keep the internal staff, suppliers, clients, vendors and management informed of departmental activities, needs, problems, recommended solutions, and administrative matters on a regular basis.Typical Education & Experience Typically a Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experienceRequired Skills and Education Advanced computer skills including; MS-Office, Business Intelligence; e.g. Business Objects
Advanced interpersonal skills to effectively interface with customers

Strong Project management experience
Strong end-user systems knowledge
Strong ability to work independently and prioritize business needs
Preferred Skills and Education Working knowledge of Oracle
Working knowledge of Cobra, Hyperion, Pro Pricer, wInsight
Business Management and/or Information Management Degree
Understanding of financial process and procedures
