A US National manufacturing firm is looking for an Architect to design & secure their Azure cloud environment. This person will be implementing controls into cloud environments, collaborate across IT & business functions to coordinate goals & implementation, provide threat modelling & threat management services, develop use-cases for & design cloud monitoring & testing procedures, and oversee and implement security tools.
This is an opportunity to join a growing information security team and be the foremost expert on cloud security within the organization, determining the policies, plans, and procedures for the long-term. This is also a primarily US-remote position with occasional (monthly at most) travel to NY. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security or Cloud Technologies
• 3+ Years of experience providing engineering/architecture for Azure Cloud

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
  • Information technology, business, computer science, or similar
• Experience in a technical or people leadership position
  • Reporting, metrics, interfacing across departments, collaborating across teams
