Inside Sales Account Executive, Outbound

You will be part of our growing inside sales team, signing up new accounts through outbound calling efforts to inbound leads, NO COLD CALLING.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Hit or exceed your monthly new business quota
  • Making 40+ phone calls (12+ conversations) per day to assigned leads
  • Run call and email campaigns to sign up New Accounts
  • Some B2B/B2C sales experience preferred

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred but not required.
  • High need for achievement and competition.
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic and certain of victory.
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects
  • Listens patiently. Will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer’s needs
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding goals/quotas
  • Coachable. Listens to and implements advice from manager
  • Resourceful. Goes over, under and through obstacles to achieve success
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and enjoys the challenge of tight deadlines and managing a variety of duties

Compensation: $110,000 OTE (base + commission) – No cap on commission!
