The Opportunity
This position works out of our Minneapolis (Minnetonka Site) location in the BTS division.
- Updates Teams Planner bucket for program specific area(s).
- Contributes to GSD Role Intake form related to program.
- Attends program meetings with program team members and separately with management.
- Participates in GSD or RDS projects when assigned or applicable.
- Presents any new updates to their tasks at team and management meetings.
- Completes all assigned learning and development courses specific to program(s).
- Serves as advisor / SME for program in technical meetings.
- Attend Operations Huddle meetings when possible or applicable.
- Stay in tune with external GSD Operations teams and industries where related technology and process advancements are being used or taking place to define or refine program roadmap in collaboration with management.
- Maintain documentations such as data and report inventory, reporting process flows and report instructions.
- Continually search for ways to automate reports and other improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Gather business/report requirements and deliver business analytics base solutions using structured/un-structure business data to help achieve measurable business outcomes for customers.
- Prepare files and reports by performing ETL, data extraction, and data validation.
- Deliver performance KPIs and metrics in an accurate and timely manner via Power BI reports.
- Troubleshoot reporting failure alerts: Power BI, Power Automate.
- Create reports and dashboards for use by GSD and others (on ad-hoc basis, with management direction).
- Create and maintain SharePoint website for centralize team information sharing.
- Analyze data and communicate findings to Operations team for investigation, if needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives or projects between GSD and other organizations from data and reporting perspective.

The base pay for this position is $57,300.00 – $114,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
