The Opportunity
This position works out of our Orlando, FL location in the BTS division.
-
Assist in assessing and reviewing knowledge intakes and logs it in Planner tasks.
-
Assist in evaluating requests for update or creation of new KB articles.
-
Submits and monitors proposed KB modification and/or creation of new articles.
-
Communicates any new articles, changes to existing articles or retirement of existing articles to GSD team via GSD communications mailbox.

Participates in auditing KB articles and other Knowledge Management projects.
-
Participates in weekly KB review with Wipro and the KM Team.
-
Assist in providing necessary training to Wipro GSD staff when new process or changes made with existing support process.

Updates Teams Planner bucket for program specific area(s).

Contributes to GSD Role Intake form related to program.

Attends program meetings with program team members and separately with management.

Participates in GSD or RDS projects when assigned or applicable.

Attend Operations Huddle meetings when possible or applicable.
ServiceNow GSD Intake and Testing
-
Assist in assessing and reviewing ServiceNow GSD intakes and logs it in Planner tasks.

Assist in evaluating type of intakes (Issue, General Request or Demand Intake) in every request received.

Submits incident, requests or demand intake tickets and monitors completion.

Participates in ServiceNow items meetings.
-
Participates in ServiceNow regression testing.
-
Assist in writing and maintaining test scripts.
-
Assist in consolidating test results.
-
Participates in checking upcoming stories and release items.
Internal Communications
-
Send communications using standardize email template to all of GSD.
-
Gather and collect information that may have potential impact to the GSD.

Review and assess information on relevancy .

The base pay for this position is $48,000.00 – $96,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
