What you will do
We are seeking a customer-oriented technical Business Analyst to help deliver initiatives across Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud, Anaplan, Oracle CPQ & Subscription Management Cloud within the EMEALA region, primarily focusing on Salesforce Sales Cloud & Anaplan.
How you will do it

Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, delivery teams and architects to define and document user stories, as-is and to-be business processes or functional requirements.

Enhance understanding of the business value of requests to IT, advocating for maximum standardization and synergies across lines of business in EMEALA at the enterprise level, promoting adoption of out-of-the-box functionality and global template design.

Identify and capture integration points across project initiatives to ensure alignment across discrete applications, supporting business and IT in bridging any gaps.

Contribute to test strategy, defining acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases across test phases.

Support the business change manager during rollouts to guarantee adequate communication, training & support are provided.

Provide enhancement support, triaging new requests & setting appropriate delivery expectations.
What we look for
Required
-
Strong expertise in Salesforce, CPQ, Anaplan, or other sales planning platforms.

Solid technical knowledge in data mining, data modeling, data extraction & data analysis.

Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting data discrepancies.

Excellent skills in Excel & PowerPoint.

Proven business analyst skills to understand complex business scenarios, elicit comprehensive user requirements, and comprehend up and downstream impacts.

Experience driving consensus among business stakeholders from distinct areas regarding work prioritization.

Able to work independently and within a team environment, possibly supervising others during projects.

Well-organized, results-driven, eager to tackle challenging problems with excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience in sizeable multinational corporations and cross-functional teams.

Experience working in an Agile environment.

Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
-
Knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes.
