IT Desktop Support for a client located in Houston – Westchase
On-site 3 days per week, tues, wed and Thurs – part time 

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or other related field 

  • Strong PC/Server hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills 

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision is a must, as well as work in a team environment  

  • Experience with M365 and other software as a service (SaaS) and other software hosting protocols 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills 

    Must dress casual business attire

    Must be able to interact with C-Level

  • Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer service  

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience preferred 

  • Microsoft or CompTIA certifications is a plus 
     

  • Provide advanced technical assistance to customers regarding various hardware and software applications 

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose various technical issues 

  • Assess and understand user needs and issues and recommend the appropriate technical fixes to customers 

  • Utilize ticket system for managing work and understand prioritization of tickets  

  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
