IT Desktop Support for a client located in Houston – Westchase
On-site 3 days per week, tues, wed and Thurs – part time
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or other related field

Strong PC/Server hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently with limited supervision is a must, as well as work in a team environment

Experience with M365 and other software as a service (SaaS) and other software hosting protocols
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Must dress casual business attire
Must be able to interact with C-Level

Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer service

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience preferred

Microsoft or CompTIA certifications is a plus

Provide advanced technical assistance to customers regarding various hardware and software applications

Troubleshoot and diagnose various technical issues
-
Assess and understand user needs and issues and recommend the appropriate technical fixes to customers
-
Utilize ticket system for managing work and understand prioritization of tickets

Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
