• Manage local desktop support team, assigning work, setting task priorities / deadlines and identifying coaching opportunities for process improvement.

• Act as primary point of contact between business units, including collaborating with Corporate IT Managers.

• Coordinate the purchase, installation and maintenance of desktop equipment, printers and mobile devices.

• Work with IT teams to develop business requirements, process documents, training materials, strategy and systems.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of IT experience in a large warehouse or call center.

• Leadership / management experience a plus.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Dell PC’s and industrial printer support a plus.

• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis and work occasional evenings and weekends.
