• Provide level 2 support / troubleshooting of desktop and laptop hardware.

• Setup and maintain printers, computers, audio / visual and mobile devices.

• Install and maintain hardware, software, peripheral equipment, network cabling and cables at workstations and data cabinets.

• Maintain accounts and permissions, including responding to and resolving user support requests.

• Perform inventory audits and manage equipment check-ins.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years of prior experience supporting PCs and printers preferred.

• A+ and / or MCSA Certification preferred.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows and Office, Active Directory and WMS support devices.

• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
