Position Responsibilities

• Become deeply engaged and knowledgeable of the solutions being developed.

• Work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Analysts to define and refine project scopes, product / project backlogs and release plans.

• Develop detailed work plans including work breakdown structures, project milestones, risk assessment / management plans, staffing needs and project timelines.

• Oversee and lead the definition and creation of high-quality project / product backlogs utilizing epics, features, user stories and task structures

• Plan and facilitate effective core Agile / Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming and refinement, sprint planning, stand ups, sprint demos and retrospectives.

• Ensure established project delivery framework tasks, activities and deliverables are represented and accounted for in project plans and timelines.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. 

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with continued growth and development of skills.

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects.

• 3+ years of Agile / Scrum experience.

• Experience with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence and TFS a plus.
