Our client is seeking an IT/Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team. As an IT/Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various IT and Operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: IT/Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
What’s the Job?
- Manage multiple IT and Operational projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliverables.
- Collaborate with other project managers to implement consistent project management methodologies.
- Document and actively manage project dependencies, issues, and risks to resolution.
- Prepare and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
- Scope, estimate, and plan new IT and infrastructure projects, tracking labor hours and financials.
What’s Needed?
- Successful management of multiple concurrent IT projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PPM.
- Strong written and oral communication skills across various business areas.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player, supporting colleagues with less experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
